CACTI is made for people who care how a piece feels after the first wear. We obsess over the weight of a tee, the fall of a pant, the wash, the stitching, the fit, and the way a graphic sits on fabric. Every product goes through rounds of checking before it reaches you, because quality control is part of the design. If it does not feel right, it does not make the drop.We check the weight, stitching and fit, then wear and refine every piece. If it doesn’t feel right, it doesn’t make the drop.

DELIVERY WITHIN2-3 DAYS!

Once your order comes in, we treat it like the final step of the product. We check the piece, pack it clean, and send it out with care. Island-wide delivery is Rs.390 and takes 2-3 business days, with tracking sent once your order is dispatched. Prefer to collect? In-person collection is free, by arrangement. If a drop gets busy, we keep you updated. Good service matters as much as a good fit.

How much does delivery cost?

Island-wide delivery costs Rs.390 per order. Exchanges have a reduced combined transport fee of Rs.700, covering return collection and delivery of your replacement. These charges don’t apply if you arrange to collect your order or exchange in person—both are free of charge.

When will my order be sent out?

Orders placed before 2 p.m. are sent out the same day, with courier collections around that time. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed and sent out the following day as soon as possible.

Event tomorrow? Outfit still a theory? You can arrange a PickMe Flash or Uber Courier pickup. Just coordinate with our team before booking your rider.

You book and pay for the courier directly. Our team hands over your package; the courier handles the journey. Collection depends on your order being ready and a rider being available.

What time can my courier collect?

Courier collections can be arranged between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Confirm the day and collection time with our team before booking your rider.

Can I collect my order myself?

Yes! You can collect your order from Kandana, 11320. Choose Pickup at checkout and contact our team to arrange a collection time. Once your pickup is confirmed, we’ll share the exact location and confirm your order is ready.

Fit not for you? Colour not quite right? You can exchange for a different size, colour or another item of equivalent value, subject to stock. Exchanges must be made within 7 days, with items unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging. Promotional items cannot be exchanged, and we do not offer refunds. Exchange transport costs Rs.700, or you can arrange an in-person exchange free of charge. See the details below.

Can I change the size, colour or item?

Yes. If the fit or colour isn’t for you, you can choose a different size, colour or another item of equivalent value. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact our team with your order number and the item you’d like instead so we can check what’s available.

Which items are eligible for exchange?

Items must be exchanged within 7 days and must be unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging. Keep the tags intact. Promotional items are not eligible for exchange, and no refunds are allowed.

Why does an exchange cost Rs.700?

The Rs.700 exchange transport fee covers two courier journeys: collecting your item from your address and bringing it back to our warehouse, then delivering your replacement to you. It’s a reduced combined fee, so you pay less than two separate standard delivery charges.

Contact our team with your order number and your preferred replacement within the 7-day window, before sending anything back. We’ll confirm eligibility and stock, then arrange either collection and re-delivery for Rs.700 or an in-person exchange free of charge.
